Salim DÜZGİT (1936)
Chairman
Founder and Chairman of the Düzgit Group. Mr. Düzgit’s position within the maritime community is perhaps the reflection of the company’s position in the sector. Respectably, hard working and trustworthy personality has been his signature of doing business. Mr. Düzgit is married and has four children.
After graduating from the Boğaziçi University with a degree in Economics he gradually became the CEO of Düzgit Group, board & council member at the Chamber of Shipping, board member at the Association of Shipowners and Shipagents (1902), member of TÜSİAD (Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association) and other board positions in the mutual adventures of Turkish maritime community. He has been working with the company since 1988. Mr. Düzgit is married has two children.
Ali DÜZGİT (1966)
Board Member
After graduating from the İstanbul Technical University as a naval architect he became the person in charge in all technical matters of Düzgit’s operations. He has been working with the company since 1988 and was the main person behind the Navy’s project to be completed up to NATO standards of craftwork.
Murat DÜZGİT (1969)
Partner
Murat Düzgit, graduated from the İstanbul Technical University Maritime Faculty as a master mariner and currently sailing on high seas.
After his graduation from Southampton Institute with a BSc degree in Shipping Operations he finished the MSc degree in Shipping, Trade and Finance at the City University of London. He joined the company as of December 2000. Mr.Düzgit is married and has a daughter.
Necati ÖZER (1947)
Partner
Mr. Özer started his career with Düzgit back in 1970s. In 1984 with his all due effort, hard work and experience in the sub-agency business he together with Mr. Salim Düzgit, this time as a partner, opened up their office in Çanakkale to serve vessels passing through this Strait. Mr. Özer is married and has three children.
Murat ÖZER (1972)

He started his career in shipping agency during his highschool years at Çanakkale office. After graduating from Anadolu University he continued his academic career in Southampton Institute with an MBA degree in Port Management. He has been working with the companies at a Director level since 1997. Mr. Özer is also Çanakkale Region Coordinator of Deniz Temiz TURMEPA (Turkish Marine Environment Protection Association). He is married and has one child.
Hayati TEKER (1967)
Manager, Düzkoç Turizm İthalat ve İhracat A.Ş.
Having joined Düzgit Group back in 1990 at İstanbul Head office Mr. Teker has started his career in the agency department. In 1997 he was appointed as the Manager of Düzkoç Çanakkale office and has been heading his post since then. He is married and has one child.
Ahmet EROL (1961)
Accounting Manager
Mr. Erol has graduated from Marmara University with a degree in International Trade Relations back in 1985. Until joining to Düzgit Group in 2002 he took accounting based managerial posts at various foreign origined ventures locally. He is married and has two children.
Nursel ÖZER (1974)
Financial Manager
Having started her career in 1992 she has carried out various tasks with accounting and operation departments with Eta Agency until 2001 when she joined to Düzgit Group as the sales manager for marine lubricants and bunkers and later on appointed as Financial Manager. She is married and has one child.

IDO site visit for Passenger Ferries
A group of representatives from IDO gave a visit to Celiktrans Shipyard on 23.01.2008 where the construction of the first of the new series Passenger Ferries is being built.
Visit of Syrian and Turkish Ministers of Transport
Syrian Ministry of Transport Dr. Eng. Yarob S. BADR and Turkish Ministry of Transport Mr. Binali YILDIRIM gave a visit to Düzgit Shipbuilding facilities in Tuzla on 04.01.2008.
